Q: If I have a big wedding party should I request more than one artist?

A: yes, it is recommend if you have a wedding party of 5 bridesmaids or more that you book two of our makeup artist to make sure that everyone gets done in a timely matter, and booking 2 artists is the same price as one!


Q: What if i need to cancel my appointment?

A: If your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled please notify us asap via email or phone call. Deposits are non-refundable but they are transferable for a future appointment.

Q: Do you require that I get a consultation to book your services for my wedding?

A: Yes, during the consultation we'll go over 3 different makeup looks and 3 different color schemes that flatters your jewelry and dress the most, a face chart will be made to make sure the makeup will be the exact same for your wedding day. 

Q: How long does a makeup application take?

A: One makeup session takes about one hour.

Q: Where will my makeup appointment take place?

A: Anywhere you prefer, we are a delivery makeup service.

Q: Is there a travel fee?

A: Not for anywhere with-in a 50 mile radius around Detroit, if you are located outside of that radius a travel fee may apply.

Q: Is it required to pay a deposit?

A: Yes, we can not guarantee the exact time, date, and artist you requested if you have not set your deposit, or if another customer picks your date, time, or artist  and they pay their deposit before you, they get that required date time and artist first.

Q: How Much is the deposit?

A:  20$

Q: Does ColorMePretty sell makeup also?

A: Yes, we use all high end products and sell our own brand of luxury lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, and lashes.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract to book the ColorMePretty Team for my wedding?
A: Yes. Once you have decided that you would like to move forward to book your beauty services with us, we will send you a contract via email. All of our paperwork is done online, through our client profile page. 

Q: What types of payments to you accept?
A: We do except all major credit cards, checks and cash.
